Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies

Not suited for those on the elimination diet and or gut protocol
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ Cup Almond Flour, Quinoa Flour, or Gluten Free Oats ground into a fine flour
- 1 Tsp. cardamom
- 1 Tsp. ginger
- 1 Tsp. cinnamon
- Stevia/Monk fruit to taste
- 1 Tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup ghee, or coconut oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 ½ cups gluten-free organic oats
- ½ Cup raisins
- ½ Cup nuts or seeds of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Blend wet ingredients until well combined.
