INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups homemade almond milk
  • 1-2 Tsp. ashwagandha (vitality/vata)
  • 1 Tsp shatavari (excess pitta/women’s health)
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • ½ Tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 scoop protein powder
