INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups homemade almond milk
- 1-2 Tsp. ashwagandha (vitality/vata)
- 1 Tsp shatavari (excess pitta/women’s health)
- 2 Medjool Dates
- ½ Tsp cardamom powder
- ½ Tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 Tbs. coconut oil
- 1 scoop protein powder
