Herbal Decaf Chai

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 4 pods of cardamom crushed
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- Small piece of ginger
- pinch of saffron
Optional:
- Monk Fruit or Stevia to taste
- Almond milk to taste
Directions
Step 1: Boil all the ingredients together on medium-low for 20 mins. Strain and enjoy.
Step 2: You can dilute it with some hot water if it’s too strong.
