Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plant milk (or ½ milk and ½ water)
- ¼ cup frozen berries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 small handful of chopped dates
- (can add ground flax, cinnamon etc)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend in NutriBullet or another blender.
