Ginger, Turmeric, Pepper Infusion

In addition to being nutritionally superior, grass-fed meat cooks differently than its conventional counterpart. Take care not to dry it out, and this recipe will get you juicy, tender meat every time.
INGREDIENTS
- Use whole fresh organic if possible roots
- 5 thick slices of ginger
- 5 thick slices of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns.
- 3-4 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a pot and let it come to a gentle simmer. You want the water to be a deep orange color.
- Strain and pour into a teacup or thermos and drink throughout the day.
