Yes, you can join the program anytime and start when you are ready for the 14 days! You have access to all the recordings of the live calls and more that you can listen to on your own time.
The bootcamp is designed to help you make new habits that will help you and break old ones. That takes at least two weeks to accomplish. By the end of the two weeks you should be using the new things naturally.
Because this is a new bootcamp, we are offering a special introductory offer of only $97 for the bootcamp for the first 50 women who join. After the first 50 women enroll, the cost will increase to $197.
A lot of people think that before they get started. The good news is, the recipes are quick and easy and you have to eat anyway; the meditations are short and increase your focus for the day, and the exercises can be done in only ~15 minutes daily. Spending just these few minutes a day will change the way you feel.
Absolutely. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll start to feel better. But the bootcamp will be helpful wherever you are in your transition.

Mache Seibel, MD is a leading authority on women’s wellness and hormone health and a member of the Harvard Medical School faculty who has treated thousands of patients. His expertise includes infertility, perimenopause, and menopause. He’s provided coaching advice to some of America’s top women executives and entrepreneurs and to women around the world. He’s on a mission to help women enjoy the life they want by helping them figure it out, so they don’t have to tough it out!
Dr. Mache is a co-author of A Woman’s Book of Yoga, and author of the best selling books, The Estrogen Window and The Estrogen Fix as well as 12 other books and over 200 scientific articles. He is Editor of The Hot Years Magazine.
Dr. Mache speaks internationally and his media appearances include PBS, NPR, MSNBC, Fox, ABC, NBC and CBS.
