HEAL Zone:
There are things our body thrives on. These things make our body, mind, and spirit grow. If you were a plant, these things are like “water, sun and Miracle Grow“ and you need them daily. Waking up early and deep breathing or going for a short walk. Drinking fresh green organic juice and eating 50% raw or lightly cooked vegetables. Laughing daily. Sleeping by 10:30 pm. Hanging out with friends. Doing less. Buying less. Practicing mindfulness or meditation daily. Focusing on self-care and self-love. Removing toxic, people, places, thoughts and things.
But we have very few of these in our lives. So we end up living daily in a HEAL Zone deficit!

Fresh Organic Fruits & Vegetables
Deep Slow Belly Breathing
Sleeping and Waking on Time
Mindfulness and Meditation
Walking, Jogging, Jumping
Sweating, Massages
Acupuncture, Reflexology
Laughing, Singing, Praying
Hanging With Positive People
No Eating After 7 PM
Drinking Clean Fresh Still Water
Hugging, Kissing, Sex
SICK Zone:
Our body is the most magical, self-cleaning, self-healing machine known to us. But, like any machine, it can only function correctly when taken care of and maintained according to its design. Anything you do to disturb the normal functioning and balance in your body puts you into the Sick Zone.
This is the zone where disease develops. You don’t want to be in this zone.
Sadly, most of us live a lifestyle where we are mostly functioning in the Sick Zone. We drink and eat acidic and lifeless foods, we inhale toxins, we have emotional outbursts, we sleep poorly, we breathe even worst, we don’t sweat ….the list goes one.
This is the zone where disease develops. You don’t want to be in this zone.
Sadly, most of us live a lifestyle where we are mostly functioning in the Sick Zone. We drink and eat acidic and lifeless foods, we inhale toxins, we have emotional outbursts, we sleep poorly, we breathe even worst, we don’t sweat ….the list goes one.
These are the things that push our body, mind, and spirit in the SICK Zone.
Our goal with Healthify is to get you in the HEAL Zone with conscious one change a day.

Eating Fast Food or Packaged Food
Drinking Sodas, Colas, Alcohol
Sleeping Late or Poorly
Waking Up Frantic or Stressed
Eating Late and Snacking All Day
Eating Non- Organic and Inflammatory Foods
Not Taking Breaks During The Day
Hanging With Toxic People
Thinking Negative Thoughts

1. TRACK YOUR DAY
Make a list from the moment you wake up till the moment you go to sleep of all HEAL Zone and SICK Zone activities in your day.


2. MAKE A LIST
Then let’s find what are your SICK Zone items that we can replace with new HEAL Zone items!
3. SWAP & SWEEP
Each Day we will replace 1 SICK Zone item with a new HEAL Zone item and sweep away the unwanted.


4. END OF DAY 1
Wrap Day 1 by sitting alone without distractions and ask yourself, out loud, “how do I feel?“ Reply yourself, out loud, then listen carefully to what you just said. That’s it. Just listen.
