Golden Milk

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large cup almond milk (ideally home-made)
- a small stick of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon organic turmeric or fresh turmeric root
- 1/2 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil or MCT oil
- 4 to 5 strands of saffron
- Stevia or honey to taste
- Optional
- Cardamom powder to taste
- Cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil all the ingredients together for 2 to 3 minutes
- Strain, serve and sip away your inflammation!
