Dreamy Chia Pudding

Dreamy Chia Pudding (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 16oz nut milk of choice
  • 1/2 cups soaked cashews
  • 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 of goji berries
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • Dash Ceylon cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Fruit of choice as topping
  • Stevia/Monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  • Blend on high the nut milk, water, and soaked cashews until creamy
  • Add chia seeds to above blended milk and keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more
  • Remove bowl from the refrigerator and stir to smooth out any clumps
  • Mix in goji berries and pumpkin seeds
  • Add the dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Add stevia/monk fruit to taste
  • Toss berries or cut fruit on top for nutrition and burst of flavor!
